At Personalised Party Co. we offer $18.95 flat rate postal shipping Australia wide.

Personal local delivery across Western Sydney, The Hills, Parramatta and Sydney surrounds is also an option at checkout. Pick up is available from Erskine Park NSW, 2759.

We aim for a fast turnaround on all orders once the personalised design is approved.
To ensure timely delivery, we ask for your event date so we can plan for your order to arrive on time. Please double-check your delivery address to avoid delays.

For Australia Post delivery, please confirm your design at least two weeks before your event date. This allows a minimum 3-5 business days for postal delivery. You'll receive a tracking number with your order, you can track its progress via www.auspost.com.au

​Ordering and Personalisation Process
All items are priced as marked. Simply select the items and add the quantity required to the cart. For each item you select there is a section to fill in with as much information as you'd like to provide design information about your personalised favour, please include the party/ event theme and birthday person name and age if you'd like this to be included in the design. If there is a design you see and love on our website, let us know and we can personalise that same design for you.
At checkout, we will ask for your email address so we can contact you and send you a draft of the design for your approval before any printing is done. Please always double-check spellings, ages and other details.

Event Dates
To ensure your order arrives on time, we ask for the event date when ordering. ​

If you are unsure of the final quantity due to pending RSVPs it is preferred to start with a minimum order to begin the design and printing process.
We can always add to the order if required closer to the event date.

All personalised designs created by us belong to and are property of Personalised Party Co. We reserve the right to display any of our designs on our website or for use in promotional materials to offer similar designs to future customers. However, if you or an external designer provided the artwork, we fully respect and honour their copyright.​

REFUND & EXCHANGE
There is NO refund or exchange on all personalised items.
To prevent errors and ensure accuracy, customers are required to confirm the design and all personalised details via email before orders are printed and prepared.
While we strive to protect all items, we cannot be responsible for food items that may melt or otherwise become damaged due to temperature changes during shipping.
